Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will manage client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and provide product demonstrations and training for healthcare professionals. The role involves identifying market trends, creating sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and working closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications - Sales and business development experience, including client relationship management and achieving sales targets. - Technical knowledge of medical devices, particularly in Gastroenterology, Respiratory, or Urology specialties, is a plus. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify market needs and strategies. - Team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred. - Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and product demonstrations. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
