1 Position Overview A Visa Filing Officer is responsible for handling the complete visa application process for students and clients ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance with embassy consulate rules The officer must maintain excellent communication documentation and follow-up skills to ensure smooth and timely visa submissions 2 Key Responsibilities A Application Documentation Collect verify and review all documents required for visa applications student tourist dependent etc Prepare visa files as per the specific embassy or VFS requirements Ensure the completeness and accuracy of documentation before submission Fill out online application forms for Canada Australia UK USA Europe and other countries B File Processing Submissions Create student profiles on university college portals where required Upload documents maintain file sequencing and track deadlines Schedule VFS appointments and prepare clients for biometrics visa interviews Coordinate with universities for CAS COE LOA GTE GS and other compliance requirements C Client Interaction Maintain regular communication with students clients regarding file progress Update clients about missing documents changes in requirements and file status Guide students regarding SOP requirements financial documents and interview preparation D Coordination Reporting Liaise with the internal admission team counsellors and managers for smooth processing Maintain proper record-keeping of all files soft hard Prepare daily and weekly reports for the Managerial Head Track embassy updates visa rules and policy changes E Compliance Quality Ensure all files meet the quality benchmarks of the organisation Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive documents Avoid any misleading incomplete or incorrect information during filing 3 Required Skills Qualifications Minimum qualification Graduation in any stream Strong knowledge of visa procedures Canada Australia UK Europe preferred Proficiency in computer operations MS Office scanning PDF editing and online portals Strong communication skills English Hindi Punjabi Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Attention to detail accuracy and good organisational skills 4 Experience 1-3 years of experience in visa filing or admission processing preferred Freshers with strong learning ability may also be considered 5 Personal Attributes Highly disciplined and responsible Ability to work independently as well as in a team Professional behaviour and positive attitude Trustworthy and committed towards confidentiality 6 Salary Salary based on experience and performance Additional incentives for target achievements if applicable 7 Working Hours Monday to Saturday 10 00 AM to 6 00 PM Flexible as per workload Job Type Full-time Pay 7 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
