NAVEX GRC Platform Support Engineer

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced NAVEX GRC Platform Support Engineer to provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance of the NAVEX GRC platform. The role requires expertise in GRC workflows, compliance management, and Azure DevOps Boards for tracking, automation, and project execution. The candidate will collaborate with compliance, IT, and business teams to ensure smooth functioning of GRC solutions and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support, administration, and maintenance of the NAVEX GRC platform. - Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the platform. - Configure and customize NAVEX GRC modules to support compliance workflows. - Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver platform enhancements. - Integrate NAVEX GRC with Azure DevOps Boards for issue tracking and workflow management. - Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with vendor support for resolution. - Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for end-users. - Ensure platform compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards. Required Skills - 4-7 years of experience in IT support/engineering with at least 4 years in NAVEX GRC platform administration/support. - Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, compliance workflows, and reporting. - Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards (work item management, workflows, automation). - Good knowledge of access management, security controls, and compliance standards. - Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills to liaise with business and technical stakeholders. Nice To Have - Certifications in GRC platforms (NAVEX, RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, etc.). - Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and IT security compliance. - Experience working in regulated industries (BFSI, Healthcare, etc.).
