Role Description - This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating and executing social media strategies, optimizing content for social media, writing engaging posts, and fostering communication with the audience. The individual in this role will also be responsible for monitoring trends and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow the company's Facebook and YouTube channels. - Plan and execute content strategies to boost engagement, reach, and brand visibility. - Upload, optimize, and manage videos, playlists, and thumbnails on YouTube. - Handle Facebook pages, posts, reels, groups, and ad campaigns. - Analyze performance metrics likes, views, watch time, reach, CTR and prepare reports. - Collaborate with the design and video teams for creative storytelling. - Respond to comments, messages, and build strong audience interaction. - Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices on both platforms. Requirements - 23 years of experience in social media management (Facebook & YouTube focus preferred). - Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, keyword optimization, and video analytics. - Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and community management. - Knowledge of content planning, scheduling, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.). - Excellent communication, creative thinking, and time-management skills. - Knowledge of video editing and graphic tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, AI platforms etc.) is a plus to make the videos. Nice to Have - Experience running paid ad campaigns on Facebook and YouTube. - Ability to create and edit short-form video content (Reels & Shorts). - Familiarity with influencer collaborations and brand partnerships. - Understanding of cross-platform growth and audience retention strategies.
