ArchitectPosition Overview We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect who can independently handle complete project responsibilities from design to execution The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in working drawings planning and material knowledge with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams Key Responsibilities Prepare and develop working drawings using AutoCAD including Sections Elevations Electrical layouts Plumbing layouts Ability to read and interpret structural drawings Develop architectural concepts layouts and planning-stage designs Work on interior working drawings detailing and coordination added advantage Coordinate with contractors vendors and engineers throughout the execution stages Ensure design accuracy quality and adherence to project timelines Conduct site visits when required to ensure design compliance Prepare BOQs material specifications and assist in material selection Handle complete projects independently in the long run with confidence and ownership Stay updated with industry trends materials and construction techniques Requirements Bachelor s degree in Architecture B Arch from a recognized institution Proficiency in AutoCAD knowledge of SketchUp Revit or other design tools is a plus Strong understanding of working drawings and architectural detailing Knowledge of materials finishes and current design practices Creative mindset with the ability to think independently and develop innovative solutions Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund
