Job Summary Support the Head of Business Development in managing customer relationships project coordination and back-office tasks during the quotation and development phases Act as a liaison between Zanini and customers to ensure smooth communication and timely project execution Key Responsibilities Assist in project meetings and timelines coordination Handle customer interactions Purchasing Quality Engineering Logistics Support project launches with APQP and cross-functional collaboration Ensure project data is updated and communicated internally Help track tooling costs project profitability and other KPIs Maintain work area cleanliness and follow all safety and environmental guidelines Reporting To Hierarchically Head of Business Development - India Functionally Project and Engineering Director Qualifications Experience Diploma Degree in Engineering or Business MBA preferred Experience in a similar role with knowledge of OEMs like Maruti Suzuki Tata Hyundai etc Understanding of automotive product development is a plus Key Skills Project coordination Strong communication and organizational skills Customer orientation and teamwork Basic knowledge of APQP and FMEA is an advantage Comfortable working with cross-cultural teams
