the only U S airline in the top 155 TIME s award is based on three criteria employee satisfaction revenue growth and sustainability Delta s people-first culture continues to be recognized earning the airline a spot on Fortune s 100 Best Companies to Work For list for the fifth year Delta is the only airline included on the 2024 list Additionally Delta earned a coveted spot on Fast Company s list of the Most Innovative Companies climbing from its No 8 spot in 2023 to No 2 in the travel category The airline was recognized for its Wi-Fi revolution that is working to ensure the future of travel is connected About the Delta Technology Hub DTH Bangalore Delta has fast emerged as a customer-focused innovation-led technology-enabled business The Delta Technology Hub will contribute directly to these objectives YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE Design develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI Translate business functional requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions Collaborate with the Controllership Innovation Team to understand business processes and desired outcomes Act as a point-of-contact for technical issues creating documentation monitoring service levels and driving projects to value delivery Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team Maintain and optimize existing Power Platform solutions Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure solutions remain aligned with business objectives Manage project timelines deliverables and stakeholder communications Train and mentor team members on Power Platform capabilities and best practices Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and updates WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field 12 Years of Experience including experience with Microsoft Power Platform Strong understanding of Power Apps including building canvas and model driven apps customizing forms and views implementing business logic using Power FX and integrating with various data sources like SharePoint SQL Server and Dataverse Deep experience with Power Automate including developing complex multi-step flows integration with third party systems using APIs and comprehensive error handling and monitoring Experience with DevOps practices and tools including managed environments deployment pipelines solution containers and componentization Familiarity with Power Platform governance concepts including data loss prevention policies Proficiency in data modelling database design and SQL Strong project management organizational and prioritizations skills in an agile environment Experience and familiarity presenting to technical and business audiences Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5 years of experience in Team Leadership Managed mentored coached and developed teams fostering a collaborative and creative work environment Experience in Resource Allocation Capacity Planning Resource utilization Experience in Performance Management by providing regular performance feedback recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in finance or accounting environments Understanding of SOX controls and experience building solutions in a SOX environment Understanding of data governance and compliance standards Experience with SAP ERP preferably using RFCs to integrate with Power Platform Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to Python Spark R or equivalent Microsoft Power Platform certifications Experience developing custom Power Platform connectors Experience with Azure services and integrations Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies Self-motivated and take pride in building great experiences for users whether they are employees or customers Resourceful in finding the data and tools you need to get the job done Not afraid to ask for help when you need it or help teammates when they need a boost Intensely curious about finding a solution to the pain-points of our customers along the entire travel experience ID DELTM05
