Job Description Profile: Design Lead - Interior Design & Execution Location: Hyderabad Role Overview: You'll be the bridge between design vision and execution. From leading projects at design development to handover, managing clients, guiding junior designers, and coordinating with our in-house factory team. Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects end-to-end. Communicate with clients confidently and clearly. Review design drawings, BOQs, and finishes. Coordinate with the production and site teams. Ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Mentor junior designers in design thinking and detailing. You'll thrive in this role if you: Have 58 years experience in interior design with client-facing exposure. Have worked in boutique or luxury design studios. Are as comfortable with AutoCAD and detail drawings as with client meetings. Love systems, order, and accountability in how projects run. Take ownership and enjoy turning ideas into reality.
