Job Description Summary Position Summary USI GCP Solution Architect, Deputy manager / Manager NSE Growth We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and visionary GCP Solution Architect to join our high-performing Deloitte NSE Google Alliance Team. In this role, you will play a critical part in leveraging Google technologies to drive innovation and deliver transformative business outcomes for clients across the NSE region. You will be responsible for driving the adoption and integration of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions, bridging the gap between complex business needs and technical solutions by designing robust, scalable, and secure GCP architecture that align with strategic objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, technical teams, and clients to understand requirements, translate them into effective technical solutions, and communicate your architectural vision. Your expertise will help ensure the successful delivery of GCP solutions, while your knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends will position you as a thought leader within the team. Work you'll do In this role you will: - Be the technical representative of the NSE Google Alliance within a platform/domain(s)/service line(s) to deliver the right solution architecture outcomes taking into account the customer need, and the IT strategy. - Cultivate strong working partnerships with key stakeholders, customers and the wider Solution Architecture team. - Architect scalable, secure, and reliable solutions on GCP tailored to client requirements. - Guide development teams in best practices for cloud architecture, deployment, and operations. - Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and present solution options. - Oversee the deployment and integration of GCP services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Kubernetes Engine, and more. - Ensure solutions comply with security standards, policies, and industry regulations. - Design solutions that balance performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. - Create and maintain architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and best practice guides. - Stay updated on GCP advancements and emerging cloud technologies. - Support Sales Pursuits including bids / proposals inc. potentially client pitches (virtually) - Help with enablement activates inc. training and upskilling of EMEA Google community. The Team At Deloitte, you'll be joining a Deloitte NSE Google Alliance Team, working together to make positive changes happen. We are part of Deloitte North and South Europe (NSE), the second largest member firm in the Deloitte network. Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore Work shift Timings : 12 AM to 9 PM Qualifications - Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology Essential - 812 years of total professional experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on experience working with the GCP Solution and Architect role. - Expertise in documenting and implementing complex IT infrastructure systems that meet the business requirements. - Experience of analyzing and documenting existing on-premise/cloud/external applications and infrastructure (networking, storage, hosting and security elements). - Deep understanding of GCP services and architecture patterns - Experience with cloud networking, security, and IAM - Some knolwege of scripting or programming (Python, Java, etc.) - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with large-scale cloud migrations or greenfield deployments - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. - Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification.
