The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software and strong knowledge of basic accounting principles. Key Responsibilities - Handle daily accounting operations including billing, invoicing, payments, and receipts. - Maintain accurate books of accounts (ledgers, journals, vouchers). - Prepare and update financial records, statements, and reports. - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. - Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing. - Handle petty cash management and maintain expense sheets. - Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and documentation. - Ensure compliance with company policies and basic statutory requirements. - Support auditors during internal and external audits. - Maintain documentation, files, and accounting databases. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field. - 1–3 years of experience in accounting or office finance roles. - Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP, MS Excel). - Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping. - Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Strong communication and coordination skills.
