We specialize in residential and commercial projects across Mumbai, with a strong presence in the Central Suburbs. We are currently expanding our team in Mulund and looking for energetic, result-oriented sales professionals who are passionate about real estate and customer success. Key Responsibilities - Handle client inquiries for residential and commercial properties in and around Mulund and neighboring areas. - Conduct site visits and property showings to potential buyers. - Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. - Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options. - Negotiate deals and close sales transactions efficiently. - Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth deal closures. - Maintain and update CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. - Stay updated on current market trends, projects, and pricing. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred). - Proven experience (15 years) in Real Estate Sales / Property Consulting / Channel Sales. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Local area knowledge (Mulund, Bhandup, Thane, etc.) preferred. - Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
