Job Description Job Description Job Title: Copywriter Role Overview LEDFlex Group was established in 2010 after identifying a gap in the market for a more comprehensive range of linear lighting products and has now grown into a leading technology supplier. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LEDFlex we continue to lead the way in performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior projects. As a Copywriter within the Brand and Communications team, you will play a key role in shaping LEDFlex's voice across digital, editorial, and marketing platforms. Working closely with the sub-teams you will craft compelling, on-brand copy that supports our global marketing strategy while adapting tone and style for each audience and platform. This role requires a detail-oriented, creative writer with a strong grasp of storytelling, brand communication, and SEO principles. Key Responsibilities - Develop clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for social media platforms, adapting tone and messaging based on audience and channel. - Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to ensure all online content aligns with SEO best practices and overall marketing strategy. - Write editorial articles, press releases, and PR content to support brand visibility and media outreach. - Draft and edit website copy, ensuring accuracy, readability, and optimisation for both search engines and user experience. - Work closely with the Sales and Data teams to develop product-related content, technical descriptions for presentations - Collaborate with the Product Communication Executive to develop and refine content for technical documents - Support the creation of copy for marketing collateral, internal documents, and other communications as required. - Maintain and uphold the brand tone of voice across all written materials, ensuring consistency and professionalism. - Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in the UK, Dubai, and India to align messaging and strengthen brand presence globally. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in copywriting or content creation, preferably within a marketing or creative environment. - Excellent command of written and spoken English, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail. - Proven ability to switch tonality and style while maintaining brand coherence across multiple platforms. - Experience writing for B2B audiences or technical industries is an advantage. - Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing fundamentals. - Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a global, cross-functional team. - Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand communication. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
