Designation Outbound Sales Representative Location Bangalore Silk Board HSR Layout Experience 6 months - 3 years in a high-volume outbound sales telesales or professional call center environment Qualification Graduate in any disciplineAbout the Client Our client is a rapidly expanding disruptive comfort-tech brand that has successfully revolutionized the sleep and relaxation industry using its proprietary SmartGRID technology - They offer a premium portfolio of products including advanced mattresses luxury recliners ergonomic office chairs and specialized bedding accessories all designed to significantly enhance comfort and postural support - With a robust and growing digital footprint and strategic expansion of their physical retail presence this company is actively redefining the future of comfort for the modern Indian consumer The Opportunity - Drive Digital-to-Retail Conversion We are seeking an enthusiastic results-oriented Sales Development Representative SDR to join a high-growth team at the forefront of the comfort-tech revolution - This critical role involves proactively engaging potential customers who have shown interest via digital channels promoting innovative comfort solutions and driving high-value store walk-ins through consistent follow-up and relationship-building Core Responsibilities Performance Metrics This role is defined by activity and results focusing on driving the sales pipeline Focus Area Key Activities DeliverablesOutbound Engagement Execute a minimum of 140 connected outbound calls per day using the click-to-call system Time Management Maintain a minimum of 2 hours and 45 minutes of effective talk time daily to maximize customer connection Pipeline Acceleration Conduct systematic initial and follow-up outreach to qualify leads and secure store walk-in appointments directly impacting sales conversion Product Expertise Articulate product benefits technology differentiators and current promotional offers with confidence and persuasive clarity Data Integrity Ensure meticulous up-to-date call records and CRM entries for accurate lead status tracking and reporting Inter-Team Coordination Collaborate seamlessly with physical retail store teams to hand off qualified leads and ensure accurate appointment and conversion tracking Goal Achievement Consistently meet and exceed demanding daily weekly and monthly activity and sales targets Candidate Requirements - Linguistic Proficiency Exceptional fluency in English is required along with proficiency in one or more key South Indian languages Kannada Telugu Tamil or Malayalam - Communication Mastery Demonstrated excellent verbal communication and advanced persuasion skills honed in a sales context - Mindset Highly goal-oriented resilient and energized by a fast-paced environment and high-volume outbound activity - Relevant Experience Prior experience in retail telesales or a role focused on generating physical store visits walk-ins is strongly preferred ref updazz com
