Job Expectations TTEC digital is ramping up SalesForce practice in Hyderabad, India. As a Principal Consultant with our Salesforce practice, the candidate will be a senior practitioner who will play an anchoring role. This role requires multi dimensions of expertise, which includes Pre-sales capability, Technical Solutioning and implementation, coaching and mentoring team members. Roles and Responsibilities: We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
