Job Purpose: To manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP), operational Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and planning cycles, ensuring timely availability of Raw and Packaging Materials (RMPM) and supporting cross-functional teams for smooth operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - MRP & Planning Cycle - Execute MRP runs and ensure timely material availability. - Maintain planning calendars and adhere to operational S&OP timelines. - RMPM Shortages & Follow-Up - Monitor raw and packaging material shortages and take proactive follow-up actions. - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve supply gaps. - Cross-Functional Team Support - Collaborate with QA, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Logistics, DRA, PD, and CQA teams to ensure seamless supply planning. - Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders. - Inventory & Data Management - Track inventory levels and ensure alignment with production plans. - Maintain accurate planning data in ERP systems. Qualification & Preferred Experience - Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with 2-4 years of experience in supply planning. - Exposure to Pharma industry processes and ERP systems. - Strong coordination and communication skills.
