About the Role: We’re launching a new project alongside an existing one and are looking for a highly capable Project Lead who can take ownership, make effective decisions, and drive successful execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate development tasks, manage timelines through Jira, and ensure seamless collaboration between developers and designers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time. - Take ownership of project planning, tracking, and delivery. - Manage project boards and workflows using Jira. - Collaborate with Python and Angular development teams for smooth progress. - Work closely with UI/UX teams to maintain design consistency and quality. - Identify bottlenecks, make data-driven decisions, and implement solutions. - Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones with management. Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience managing or coordinating tech-based projects. - Strong understanding of Python, Angular, and UI/UX development cycles. - Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile project tracking. - Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
