Make recommendations based on analytics and test findings - Effectively present and communicate analysis to the company to drive business decisions Qualifications - B.Tech from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute with 2-4 years of experience Work Experience/Skills - 2-4 years of relevant proven experience from a numbers-driven and analytical marketing environments - perhaps in an online consumer business or a Bank/NBFC - Strong data handling, interpretive and problem-solving skills with the ability to process large volume of transaction level data and efficiently derive actionable results. - Skills: R/Python, SQL , Tableau, Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables
