Hiring Global Sales Manager International IT Sales - Evening Shift - Location Ahmedabad Gandhinagar Onsite Only - Shift Timing 3 PM to 11 PM IST- International Travel Required based on business needs- Experience Required Minimum 8 Years with at least 3 years of consistent experience in one organization About the Role Silent Infotech is looking for a highly driven and experienced Global Sales Manager to lead our international business development efforts This role demands a strategic thinker a strong communicator and a proven closer in the IT services and ERP domain If you ve consistently delivered in global markets and are open to traveling and working in international time zones this is the opportunity to accelerate your career Key Responsibilities - Identify target and develop new business opportunities in international markets for IT services and digital transformation solutions - Drive end-to-end international sales cycles from lead generation to proposal negotiation and closure - Collaborate with cross-functional teams technical delivery marketing to tailor service offerings to client needs - Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients across the US Europe and other global regions - Represent the company in international meetings expos and trade events - Track sales activities and manage pipelines using CRM systems Zoho or equivalent - Provide market intelligence competitor insights and recommendations to improve sales strategy Required Skills Qualifications - Minimum 8 years of experience in international sales business development in the IT services or software solutions domain - At least 3 years of consistent experience in a single organization showcasing commitment ownership and leadership - Strong experience in international client engagement preferably across US Europe - Excellent English communication negotiation and client presentation skills - Deep understanding of IT solutions ERP services or SaaS products - Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho Salesforce or ERP tools like Odoo SAP etc - Willingness to work in the evening shift 3 PM - 11 PM IST to align with global clients - Open to international travel as per business requirements Preferred Qualifications - Previous role as a Business Analyst or functional consultant in the IT ERP software industry is a strong advantage - Understanding of global business culture procurement cycles and sales ecosystems - Proven experience in ERP product or services sales is a major plus ref updazz com
