Job Description Job Family Software Application & Development (India) Travel Required Up to 25% Clearance Required None What You Will Do - Lead end-to-end delivery of technology engagements, from strategy through execution in Financial Services domain - Solution offerings that meet market demands, create new solutions, establish guidelines, common protocols, and identify opportunities that work with multiple customers - Solution building ability to understand customer solutions, solution development, solution to execution planning - Guiding monitoring execution teams to deliver promised solutions to outcomes - Identifying and implementing overall program improvements for clients - Effectively leveraging project resources to accomplish tasks while providing regular feedback and coaching - Play a vital role in managing and developing team members in the Technology Team - Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation, cloud adoption, data strategy, and emerging technologies - Developing, performing, and supervising detailed financial, economic, and statistical analysis - Be accountable for the service offering's financial performance and meeting the financial budgets What You Will Need - Master's or bachelor's Degree from an accredited college - 20+ years of experience in leading large-scale projects at a major technology / consulting company - Must have experience in successfully managing client relationships and deliverables in Financial Services domain - Proven track record of selling, securing, and delivering complex technology projects - Experience managing large teams in a global delivery model - Strong understanding of the technology requirements and how to modernize - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Experience in developing, mentoring, and managing teams - Excellent stakeholder management skills - Willing to travel on a need basis What Would Be Nice To Have - Prior experience in a global consulting firm or IT services organizations - Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with a variety of senior internal and external stakeholders - Extremely driven, energetic, and able to thrive in a result-oriented, entrepreneurial, analytical environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What We Offer Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
