Since 2010, the CSRL Super 30 program has empowered nearly 1,000 talented students annually to gain admission into premier institutions such as IITs, AIIMS, and NITs, with the support of leading PSUs like GAIL, Oil India, and ONGC. The initiative operates across various centers in India, including Noida, Kanpur, Srinagar, Guwahati, and more. With proven success, CSRL supports the dreams of students aspiring to study in top-tier engineering and medical institutions. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Faculty Physics position at CSRL located in Chennai. Responsibilities include teaching core physics concepts, delivering high-quality lessons, preparing students for competitive exams, and mentoring them to achieve academic excellence. Additional tasks encompass designing curriculum-aligned study materials and facilitating classroom discussions to enhance problem-solving skills. Qualifications - Proficiency in Physics and Theoretical Physics concepts - Knowledge of Astronomy and related scientific fields - Experience or expertise in Physics Education and curriculum development - Strong foundation in Mathematics and its application to physics - Prior experience in preparing students for competitive exams and mentoring underprivileged learners is preferred - Excellent communication and classroom management skills - Master's or higher degree in Physics, or similar relevant field. - Proficiency in both Tamil and English (Mandatory).
