Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - Controllership In this role, you will be responsible for all controllership activities of P2P for Global Regions Your role will be expected to manage the P2P activities & drive process improvements in P2P process and account reconciliation activities. Responsibilities . Monitoring & keeping a tight control over the daily/monthly dashboard. . Getting the clarifications resolved from vendors & internal stakeholders by writing Emails/taking calls (in English) with them. . Resolve & work on escalations from vendors & internal stakeholders. . Have end to end Accounts Payable knowledge, including account reconciliations. . Resources having knowledge of T&E process will be preferred. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications. . Chartered Accountant, Fresher/experience in P2P, T&E & Account reconciliations with good oral and writing skills (in English) . Sound knowledge of accounting and applicable laws . Good exposure of MS Office. . Reconciliations and reporting . Preparation and understanding of final accounts and schedules for corporates. . Analytics on Big Data Preferred qualification . Fresher or having experience in P2P, T&E & Account reconciliations Chartered accountant with good understanding of MS office (Excel, power point, word) . Degree/certificate in Data Mining .
