Job Description HIH- Data Engineering Lead Analyst Position Overview We're seeking a versatile Data Engineer to contribute to all aspects of our customer data platform. You'll work on various data engineering tasks, from designing data pipelines to implementing data integration solutions, playing a crucial role in enhancing our data infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities - Develop and maintain full-stack applications using our cutting-edge tech stack - Develop and maintain data pipelines using Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions. - Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and scalability. - Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure data integrity. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices. - Experiment with new technologies and tools to improve our data platform Qualifications Required Experience & Skills: - 5 to 8 years of development experience - Strong proficiency in Python - Extensive experience with Snowflake and Databricks - Proficiency with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, Glue, Kinesis, SQS, SNS, SES, Pinpoint) - Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently - Familiarity with SQL and database management - Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) Preferred Experience & Skills - Advanced proficiency with Snowflake and Databricks - Knowledge of cloud architecture and best practices - Ability to experiment with and adopt new technologies quickly - Experience with end-user messaging platforms - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) - Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines About Evernorth Health Services Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, creates pharmacy, care and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality.
