Job Description Designation: Graphic Designer Location: Ahmedabad Salary: Upto 6LPA Experience: 3+ Years Key Responsibilities - Conceptualise, design, and produce high-quality visual content for a range of platforms, including social media posts, website assets, presentations, email campaigns, and print marketing materials. - Plan, shoot (when necessary), edit, and produce engaging video content, including short-form social media videos (e.g., Reels, Shorts), promotional ads, and internal communications. - Create and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video projects and digital campaigns. - Utilise AI-powered design and video tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, DALL-E) to streamline workflows, generate innovative concepts, and enhance the quality and efficiency of creative deliverables. - Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and product teams, to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, priorities tasks, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and AI technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team. Required Skills and Qualifications - 3+ years of proven professional experience in graphic design and video editing, supported by a strong, diverse online portfolio showcasing a range of projects. - Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. - Working knowledge and hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools. - Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout design. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. - A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is often preferred. - Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with UI/UX design principles. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
