Painting Supervisor

Job Overview We are currently hiring a Paint Supervisor to oversee site operations at government and industrial projects in and around Visakhapatnam This role involves supervising painting activities coordinating with contractors and client representatives and ensuring that work is executed safely on time and to quality standards The company is a leading player in the industrial high-performance and marine coatings sector has been associated with major public-sector organizations such as the Indian Navy and Indian Railways for over three decades Their specialized coating solutions are widely used in infrastructure projects refineries chemical plants and other industrial environments Job Responsibilities Supervise and monitor painting activities at designated industrial public-sector sites Ensure correct application techniques and proper usage of coating materials Coordinate with client representatives store executives contractors and labor teams Conduct quality checks on surface preparation and paint finishing Oversee project progress across areas such as Gandhigram Malkapuram Scindia and nearby industrial zones Maintain safety and cleanliness at worksites Track material usage and submit daily progress reports Allocate tasks to contractor teams and monitor execution Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in industrial public-sector painting projects Prior experience in field supervision and labor coordination in Visakhapatnam region preferred ITI Diploma in Painting Civil or related trade preferred Additional certifications in safety or paint application will be an advantage Strong observation skills with attention to detail in paintwork Clear communication and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders Basic recordkeeping and reporting abilities Willingness to travel locally between project sites Ability to ensure safety compliance at worksites Location Vishakhapatnam For any further details please write to us at
