Job Description Job Description What's this role about As a Alliance Leader for Experience & Engineering Services (EES), you will be responsible for setting up partnerships and growing alliance led business. You will be based out of Pune / Hyderabad / Bangalore and driving the Alliances charter globally for EES. Here's How You'll Contribute You'll do this by: - Setup / Drive alliance growth / Alliance driven business growth for Cloud hyper-scalers, DXP (Adobe, Sitecore, Liferay etc.), Headless CMS (Storyblok, Contentstack etc.), Databases line MongoDB, GenAI niche solutions etc. - Work with practice leaders to drive alliance led solutions, accelerators and offerings - Work with practice & delivery leaders to drive certification programs for alliance partners - Drive joint GTM with alliance partners and EES market leaders for EN & NN clients - Take ownership of alliance led pipeline - Work with EES leaders to prepare and drive plan for participating in alliance led events, GTM outreach, marketing campaigns etc. Core Skills - 12+ years of overall experience with minimum 3+ year experience in leading Alliance charter - Excellent understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), headless CMS, NoSQL/DB and GenAI technologies. - Proven track record of building joint GTM with Alliance partners - Strong business acumen. - Exceptional communicator and networkercomfortable engaging at both C-suite and technical levels.
