Job Title Quality Analyst Manual Automation -Jaipur-12lacs Experience Required 5-6 Years Employment Type Full-time Industry FinTechAbout Us We are a fast-growing FinTech company headquartered in Jaipur building innovative financial solutions that empower businesses and individuals We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Quality Analyst with expertise in both manual and automation testing to join our dynamic team Key Responsibilities Design develop and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality Collaborate closely with developers product managers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective test strategies Identify record and track bugs through their life cycle ensure timely resolution Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant tools and frameworks Perform regression functional integration performance and security testing Continuously improve QA processes test coverage and automation frameworks Ensure compliance with quality standards guidelines and industry best practices Provide clear and detailed test documentation and reports Take complete ownership of product quality proactively suggesting improvements Required Skills Qualifications 5-6 years of experience in software testing manual automation Strong knowledge of SDLC STLC and defect life cycle Proficiency in automation tools frameworks such as Selenium TestNG JUnit Cypress or similar Hands-on experience in API testing Postman RestAssured Solid understanding of databases and ability to write SQL queries Knowledge of CI CD pipelines and version control systems Git Jenkins Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Self-driven motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team Nice to Have Experience in testing FinTech Banking Payment systems Knowledge of performance testing tools JMeter LoadRunner Exposure to cloud platforms AWS Azure Why Join Us Be a part of a rapidly growing FinTech innovator Work with a passionate and collaborative team Opportunity to own and shape the quality function Competitive compensation and growth opportunities
