Apply today Job Details Responsibilities Sales Support - Assist Account Managers with quotations, proposals and client presentations. - Maintain Customer Relationship Management systems with accurate client data and pipeline updates. Customer Coordination - Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. - Coordinate shipment requirements with operations and ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices. Documentation & Compliance - Prepare shipping documentation for temperature-sensitive pharma products. - Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company Standard Operating Procedures. Reporting & Analysis - Generate sales reports, track Key Performance Indicators and monitor revenue performance. - Support forecasting and budgeting activities. Skills - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and client relationship management. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Knowledge of pharma logistics and cold chain compliance is a plus. Performance Metrics - Accuracy and timeliness of quotations and documentation. - Customer satisfaction and response time. - Contribution to revenue growth and pipeline management.
