Job Description - Manage and maintain Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) to ensure secure and scalable directory infrastructure. - Perform user and group administration including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control. - Configure, deploy, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and operational policies across the organization. - Continuously monitor Active Directory health and performance using appropriate monitoring tools and methodologies. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication, replication, and domain connectivity. - Design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for Active Directory to ensure business continuity. - Integrate Active Directory with essential infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP, and enterprise email systems. - Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory standards through proper documentation and control implementation. - Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to support system integration and operational efficiency. - Maintain a highly secure, reliable, and high-availability Active Directory environment across all business units.
