If you are interested in this opportunity, please reply with the following information to recruitementteam@nam-it.com with your resume. - Full Name (as in Adhar): - Expected CTC: - Present CTC: - Least Notice Period(Last Working Day If any): - Current Location: Sr IT Recruiter Location: Bangalore Experience: 7+ years Work Schedule: 5 days a week Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) Company: NAM Info Key Responsibilities : - Manage end-to-end recruitment for Lagacy & emerging tech stacks ( web & Data) - Hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring process. Ie, Source, screen, validate and close candidates across major tech stacks - Stack holder management experience is a plus. - Experience in using /working on ATS tools. - Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver top talent. - Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines in the data technology domain. - Stay updated on market trends within the data & analytics landscape. - Experience in hiring both contract & full time ( executive hiring experience is nice to have ) - Well versed in hiring talents through social media – linked in etc. - Candidates have to be self driven / work with very minimal hand holding. - Willing to work all 5 days from Office.( on Weekends when required ) Desired Skills & Experience: - 6–9 years of proven IT recruitment experience. - Strong understanding of data technology landscape (Data Engineering, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake,Python,Gen AI/ML). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Education: - B.Sc in Computer Science / B.Tech (or equivalent). - Knowledge of the data technology ecosystem is a must. Note: Please apply only if you have relevant experience and qualifications.
