Discover how intelligent innovation drives real-world impact: [https://rtctek.Com/) Role Description We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager – New Logos (US & UK) to hunt, accelerate, and close new enterprise & mid-market accounts. This is a quota-driven, full-cycle sales role with end-to-end ownership from prospecting to closing. The role is based out of our Noida office and involves travel to client sites in the US/UK when required. You will be responsible for building a predictable new-logo pipeline, leveraging your existing buyer relationships, and working closely with leadership, solutions, and delivery teams to win new business. Key Responsibilities - Source, qualify, and build a predictable new-logo pipeline for US & UK enterprise and mid-market accounts. - Leverage existing relationships with decision-makers to shorten sales cycles and close deals faster. - Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closure. - Own forecasts, pipeline metrics, and CRM hygiene; be accountable for consistently meeting and exceeding targets. - Collaborate with internal teams to craft solutions and close commercial terms. - Represent the company in client meetings and industry events; travel to the US/UK forkey meetings as needed. - Track sales targets, present sales reports, and coordinate with marketing to discover new opportunities. - Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued business growth. Must-Have Qualifications - 10+ years of experience selling IT services (direct experience required). - Demonstrable existing relationships with decision-makers in US and/or UK enterprise accounts. - Proven track record of closing new logos quickly and consistently meeting/exceeding quota. - Strong understanding of sales KPIs (quota attainment, pipeline coverage, conversion rates). - Excellent negotiation and communication skills; hands-on experience with CRM and pipeline management. - Experience selling Cloud, Digital Transformation, Modernization, or Testing services. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. - Office-based role in Noida (mandatory); willingness to travel internationally for key client meetings.
