Job Description Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development cum Recruiter Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition while managing the recruitment process for various positions. This role requires a unique blend of sales and recruitment expertise to ensure that we meet our clients needs effectively. Responsibilities - Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs. - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions across different industries. - Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for client roles. - Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and business goals. - Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients. - Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placement. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. - Proficiency in using recruitment software and job portals. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle. - Analytical skills to assess candidates suitability. - Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques.
