Company Description About Freshworks Many teams struggle with technology that slows them down Freshworks uncomplicates work with simple powerful and intuitive solutions trusted by 72 000 organizations including Bridgestone Sony Music and S P Global to create exceptional customer CX and employee EX experiences With more than 4 500 colleagues worldwide we re showing that enterprise software can be easy to use quick to deliver value and built for people At Freshworks you ll be part of a global team that values collaboration curiosity and impact Together we ll create growth for our customers our company and for you Role Overview We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative who will work exclusively through channel partners to acquire new SMB customers This role is ideal for someone with a passion for building relationships enabling partners and driving revenue through indirect sales models You will be responsible for driving net-new business within the SMB segment by engaging enabling and co-selling with our network of trusted partners VARs MSPs digital agencies and more Key Responsibilities Partner Collaboration Work closely with Freshworks certified partners to identify qualify and close SMB new business opportunities Pipeline Management Own and manage a partner-led pipeline ensuring healthy coverage accurate forecasting and consistent follow-up Enablement Support and enable partners by providing sales collateral and insights into successful sales strategies for SMB customers Co-Selling Join partner calls demos and meetings to assist in closing deals or advancing opportunities Lead Conversion Follow up on leads generated via partners and collaborate to convert them into paying customers CRM Reporting Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system e g Salesforce and share regular updates on partner performance and pipeline status Qualifications Requirements 7-10 years of inside sales or channel sales experience preferably in SaaS or tech Preferred experience in ASEAN market Proven experience selling into the SMB segment Strong understanding of partner channel sales models Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills Experience using CRM systems A proactive self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills Team player who can collaborate across sales marketing and partner teams Additional Information At Freshworks we have fostered an environment that enables everyone to find their true potential purpose and passion welcoming colleagues of all backgrounds genders sexual orientations religions and ethnicities We are committed to providing equal opportunity and believe that diversity in the workplace creates a more vibrant richer environment that boosts the goals of our employees communities and business Fresh vision Real impact Come build it with us
