Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Agentic Customer Experience - Agentic AI As Genpact accelerates its shift toward a digital-first, technology-led operating model, the Assistant Vice President, Agentic Customer Experiences (ACE) plays a key role in designing and delivering immersive, value-driven client experiences. The role focuses on creating industry-specific journeys that demonstrate the impact of Agentic AI, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into compelling innovation narratives. Responsibilities Design Client-Centric Experiences .Develop differentiated, industry-tailored experience journeys that highlight the value of Agentic AI. .Align storytelling to client personas, pain points, and transformation priorities. Support & Scale Value Studios .Partner with Value Studio teams across India, the US, and the UK. .Contribute to evolving studio content and demonstrations to showcase Genpact's innovation and success stories. Map Innovation to Business Value .Apply industry value-chain frameworks to visualize ROI across efficiency, growth, and customer experience. .Integrate product, domain, and delivery insights to ensure business alignment. Drive Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management .Engage with client stakeholders, internal sales, and domain teams as a trusted partner. .Strengthen client conviction through immersive discovery sessions and experience-led engagements. Facilitate Innovation Workshops .Conduct workshops and design-thinking sessions leveraging Agentic AI tools. .Support evangelization of Genpact's innovation capabilities and transformation solutions. Track Outcomes & Operationalize ACE Impact .Deliver on KPIs such as: oImprovement in conversion rates and pipeline momentum from studio engagements oNet-new opportunity identification through experience-led discovery oEnhanced client retention and upsell oImproved CSAT and NPS through differentiated experiences Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications .Proven experience in change management within a dynamic organizational environment. .Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement effective change strategies. .Excellent communication skills to design impactful programs and engage stakeholders. .Strong analytical skills to assess adoption metrics and identify areas for improvement. Preferred Qualifications .Extensive experience in leading cultural transformation initiatives and driving change. .Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. .Familiarity with augmented operations and advanced technologies. .Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. .Experience in designing and delivering training programs that enhance stakeholder engagement.
