About the Role: To ensure project quality and timely delivery by managing assigned teams, overseeing project deliverables, and maintaining compliance with BIM standards and workflows. Responsibilities: - Distribute tasks and monitor progress within the team. - Review and ensure accuracy of BIM models and drawings as per BIM standards and project checklists. - Execute the production of BIM models and shop drawings for construction. - Ensure timely completion of all deliverables as per project schedule. - Report progress regularly to the BIM Lead / Manager. - Audit and prepare documents for client submissions. - Prepare RFIs / Clarifications and manage project documentation. - Extract and verify quantities from 3D Models. - Contribute to 4D Scheduling and Value Engineering. - Support in team development, mentoring, and efficient resource utilization. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Required Skills: - Software Expertise: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks (essential). - Experience: Minimum 2+ years in BIM Modelling / Coordination. - Technical Skills: Strong communication, presentation, graphics, writing, designing, and modeling skills. - Soft Skills: Active listening, integrity, adaptability, and openness to change. - Ability to handle a team of at least 10 resources efficiently.
