We help local and small businesses stand out online, and now we’re expanding our paid acquisition team. Role Overview We’re looking for a Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram) with 1–2 years of hands-on experience. This is a part-time, fully remote role that requires just a couple of hours a day, perfect for someone who wants steady work and enjoys performance-driven digital marketing. You’ll be responsible for creating, launching, monitoring, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns to generate leads for our WaaS offering. --- Key Responsibilities - Create and launch Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns - Write compelling ad copy and choose relevant creatives - Audience research, interest targeting, and basic funnel setup - Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lower CPL - A/B testing creatives, headlines, and audiences - Prepare weekly performance reports - Maintain ad account hygiene - Collaborate with our internal team on landing pages & lead flow - Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices and policy changes Requirements - 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manage - rProven experience running lead-gen campaigns in Indi - aUnderstanding of CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and CPL optimizatio - nAbility to create simple creatives or guide our design tea - mStrong analytical mindset with willingness to experimen - tGood communication skill - sOwn laptop + stable interne - tAbility to commit 2–3 hours/day consistentl y Nice to Have (Not Mandatory) - Experience with Canva or basic creative tool - sExperience working with agencies or D2C/local businesse - sBasic understanding of landing pages and conversion flo w What We Offe - r Flexible remote working (work anytime during the da - y)Opportunity to grow as we scale our WaaS produ - ctLong-term, steady collaborati - onExposure to fast-paced marketing & growth environmen ts How to Apply Send examples of successful Meta campaigns to: abbaz@freedfyweb.com or Easy apply here
