About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The role involves creating engaging visual content that supports marketing campaigns. Responsibilities - Conceptualize and design visual creatives for social media, website, advertisements, and marketing campaigns. - Develop designs for brochures, posters, mailers, banners, and presentations aligned with the brand guidelines. - Work closely with the marketing team to visualize and execute campaign concepts and event collaterals. - Edit and enhance photos and short videos for use on digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). - Collaborate with photographers and videographers to ensure high-quality content output. - Stay updated on current design trends, social media aesthetics, and audience engagement patterns. - Maintain consistency in branding across all visual communications. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree / PGDM / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. - Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome). Required Skills - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro or After Effects. - Good sense of color, typography, and layout design. - Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. - Strong collaboration and communication skills. Preferred Skills - Experience in content creation for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
