Associate Manager II - Video Producer Location: Bangalore About the Team The Marketing and Growth team at Navi drives user acquisition and retention by building a strong brand presence and executing data-driven campaigns. They work cross-functionally with business, product, and analytics teams to expand the customer base and increase revenue. The team drives growth through targeted messaging, performance marketing, strategic partnerships, effective use of social media, impactful brand campaigns, and storytelling to build loyalty. About the Role We’re looking for a Video Producer who can independently shoot and edit content across formats — from social media reels to long-form YouTube videos. You’ll work with the brand team to bring ideas to life through strong visual storytelling. The role covers end-to-end production, including planning, shooting, editing and final delivery for all brand requirements. What We Expect From You - Involvement in ideation: Develop and conceptualize video ideas that align with our brand and campaign goals. - Planning & executing shoots: Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up equipment, and directing the presenter(s). - Ability to handle equipment: Operate a range of video equipment, including cameras, lights, and audio gear. - Editing footage: Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a finished product (includes selecting, and stitching footage). Additionally, adding graphics, effects, and sound to create visually appealing content. - Quality assurance: Ensure all video content maintains a consistent level of quality and adheres to Navi's standards and brand guidelines. - Analyze video performance: Analyze video performance metrics and use insights to improve future productions. - Maintain a video library: Organize and maintain a video library, making it easy to access and repurpose footage for future projects. - Effective project management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery according to project timelines. - Collaboration & communication: Collaborate closely with other stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals. - Stay updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video production and editing techniques. Must Haves - Bachelor’s degree in film, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
