Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 1-5 years of experience in server administration or related roles. - Proficient in Windows and Linux server environments. - Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware Esxi. - Knowledge of networking protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). - Familiarity with server monitoring tools and performance tuning. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
