We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Service - IC3 to join our Client Services team. This role is located in Chennai or Pune. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Work with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon. Support clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensure requests are executed. Apply advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to analyze information. Use developed communication skills to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base. Provide individuals at assigned clients information related to BNY Mellon's products and services representing an array of lines of business and geographies. Leverage an in-depth understanding of broader BNY Mellon services and offerings. Proactively assist clients in reviewing potential business needs and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon. Resolve complex or non-routine client issues or inquiries, as needed. Use in-depth knowledge of client issues and needs to contribute to business development efforts. Use understanding of BNY Mellon products and services to best propose expanded offerings to clients for front office consideration. Lead and participate in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience. Help develop process improvements. Provide guidance to less experienced team members. Support multiple, complex client accounts. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred. No direct reports.
