Key Responsibilities: · Create high-quality 3D visualizations of architectural house designs. · Collaborate with architects and designers to bring concepts to life through realistic renders. · Ensure renders are in line with the design and aesthetic vision of the project. · Work on various residential, commercial, and landscape design projects. · Prepare and deliver final visualizations for client presentations and marketing purposes. · Stay up-to-date with industry trends and 3D rendering technologies. Requirements: · Proven experience as a 3D Architect Visualizer or similar role. · Strong portfolio showcasing 3D renderings of architectural designs. · Proficiency in 3D visualization software (e.g., V-Ray, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar). · Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce photorealistic renders. · Strong understanding of architectural design principles. · Ability to work efficiently in a team and meet project deadlines. · Knowledge of animation and walkthroughs is a plus.
