Urgent: Chief Marketing Officer

Job Description We're looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead marketing strategy and brand growth for our HR Tech SaaS products. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. As our CMO, you'll drive the company's marketing visionoverseeing market research, public relations, demand generation, and strategic brand positioning. You'll work closely with the sales and product teams to accelerate business growth and global market penetration. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies for our SaaS products in the HR Tech domain (AI Interviews, Technical Assessments, etc.) - Oversee market planning, research, and brand management initiatives. - Manage public relations and communications to enhance brand visibility. - Lead and mentor a dynamic marketing team. - Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals. - Optimize marketing spend and track ROI across campaigns and channels. Qualifications: - Proven experience in marketing SaaS-based HR Tech products such as AI interviews, technical assessments, ATS, or HRMS this is a must. - Strong expertise in market planning, research, and marketing management. - Proficiency in public relations, sales collaboration, and go-to-market strategy. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Deep understanding of US market dynamics and customer behavior. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred. - Ability to work full-time on-site in Bengaluru.
