Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree from a reputed institution and a minimum of 10 years of experience in designing buildings, particularly in the healthcare, hospitality, education, and sports sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in concept development, space planning, design detailing, sustainability, and modern architectural trends. The role requires excellent leadership and coordination skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure the successful execution of projects from concept to completion. Position 1 - Design Architect • Develop innovative concept designs and detailed architectural drawings. • Ensure functional, aesthetic, and sustainable design solutions for diverse building typologies. • Create and review architectural drawings, 3D models, renderings, and technical documents. • Integrate green building principles, energy efficiency, and sustainability into designs. • Coordinate closely with Structural and Service consultants to ensure seamless integration. • Assist in preparing technical specifications, BOQs, and construction documentation. • Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, accessibility guidelines, and zoning laws. • Stay updated on emerging trends, materials, and technologies in architecture. • Prepare presentations for clients, design reviews and stakeholder meetings. Position 2 - Execution Architect • Develop working drawings and architectural details . • Work closely with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure interdisciplinary collaboration. • Oversee construction progress to ensure design integrity and compliance with standards. • Stay updated on emerging trends, materials, and technologies in architecture. • Prepare presentations for clients, design reviews and stakeholder meetings.
