Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Architect who can act as the bridge between clients and internal visualization teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and design concepts, and be able to QC files, interpret client inputs, and ensure accuracy before project execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Coordination - Review and understand project requirements shared by clients (drawings, references, and design details). - Clarify technical queries directly with clients or project architects when needed. - Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal 3D/Design teams. 2. Drawing Review & Quality Check - Review and validate architectural drawings (CAD / PDF / Layouts) received from clients. - Identify and correct discrepancies in dimensions, materials, or design intent before production. - Conduct QC checks on visualization-ready files to ensure design accuracy and alignment with client requirements. 3. Team Collaboration - Work closely with 3D modelers, visualization artists, and project managers to convey design intent clearly. - Provide guidance and clarifications to the production team for accurate representation of spaces, materials, and compositions. 4. Process & Documentation - Maintain proper documentation of client communication and project updates. - Contribute to improving quality control and standardization processes for architectural inputs. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design (B.Arch preferred). - 2–6 years of experience in architectural design, QC, or 3D visualization coordination. - Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details). - Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction details. - Excellent communication and coordination skills with both clients and internal teams. - Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit (basic visualization understanding is a plus).
