With a strong focus on innovation and measurable impact, the company is transforming how businesses approach employee well-being, engagement, and healthcare efficiency. Job Description - Develop and execute regional field marketing plans aligned with overall business and sales objectives. - Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end BTL campaigns, events, roadshows, and partner activations. - Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to generate qualified leads and pipeline growth. - Identify local market opportunities, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives. - Measure and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing activities to optimize ROI and inform future strategy. - Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure timely delivery of all marketing programs. - Work with creative and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. The Successful Applicant - - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 4+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing roles. - Proven experience executing multi-city events or campaigns with measurable results. - Strong project management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication skills. - Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). - Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
