powers your pursuit You will be working with a team of engineers with a broad range of responsibilities including all aspects of software engineering like requirements understanding and validation solution design detailed design development testing and software configuration management Build products systems and services that are optimized well organized and maintainable and have high impact on our end users Role Responsibilities Lead a Team and own on-time Technical Delivery for the Projects assigned with high quality Develop and implement new software maintain and improve existing software Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a with a focus on code optimization and organization Recommend improvements to existing software programs Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations functional and technical teams Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure Provide coaching and mentoring to Sr Associates Associates and Junior Associates Works independently on complex projects Apply Agile methodology daily and follow Definition of Done DoD process for better quality by maintaining unit test code coverage and integration test coverage Role Requirements Hand-on expertise on ReactJS React Native Redux HTML CSS Typescript Hand-on expertise on Native iOS or Native Android is a plus Proficient in handling mobile-specific concerns such as push notifications using Cloud Messaging Web App Architecture in-app purchases and store publishing workflows Experience with low-latency data strategies with SQLite Realm etc for enhanced performance on mobile app Strong working knowledge of performance optimizations using lazy loading code splitting SSR and Webpack-based bundling on web app Expertise in SOLID Principles Deep understanding of API management REST GraphQL and event-driven architecture Expertise building highly responsive and accessible web applications using React js with a strong focus on cross-device UI UX compatibility Worked with Git Jenkins Docker Familiar with AppStore Management Good to have an AWS Cloud Certification We make financial
