Full-Time Remote Contract Type Independent Contractor Working Hours Monday-Friday Work from anywhere in the world and be part of the remoteworkrevolution About the Company This is a fast-growing innovation-driven DTC brand in the oral care space The company is built on a foundation of product quality customer obsession constant testing and operational excellence As a self-funded rapidly scaling eCommerce organization the team moves quickly values ownership and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences Scope of the Role We are seeking a sharp detail-obsessed eCommerce Operations Planning Manager to support growth across Amazon Shopify and additional marketplaces In this role you will manage the day-to-day rhythm of operations inventory management supplier coordination demand forecasting and ensuring products flow seamlessly from factory to customer You will report directly to the Head of Retention and serve as a critical operational partner owning logistics planning and execution This is a hands-on role with meaningful impact on efficiency profitability and scale Duties and Responsibilities Inventory Logistics Supply Chain Manage inventory flow across Amazon Shopify and other sales channels Ensure optimal stock levels across all fulfillment locations Monitor inbound outbound shipments for efficiency and cost effectiveness Coordinate with suppliers manufacturers and 3PL partners on lead times POs and freight schedules Forecasting Planning Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts Translate revenue and marketing projections into actionable supplier and inventory plans Align forecasting across teams to ensure product availability and smooth launches Operational Excellence Track operational KPIs inventory turnover stockouts freight costs fulfillment accuracy Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and profitability Support broader operational projects including product launches and light IP enforcement tasks Cross-Functional Collaboration Communicate regularly with internal teams to keep timelines budgets and deliverables aligned Provide operational insights and performance reports to leadership Recommend actions to improve margins reliability and operational clarity Requirements Years of Experience Experience in eCommerce operations supply chain management or inventory planning Experience working with Amazon Shopify and multi-channel marketplaces Background Proven ability to forecast demand and translate projections into clear inventory plans Strong analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and data integrity Experienced in coordinating suppliers 3PLs and cross-functional teams Highly organized detail-oriented and fast moving Clear communicator with strong follow-through Motivated by impact and understanding of how operations influence profitability Tools and Software Familiarity with eCommerce operations tools Shopify Amazon Seller Central 3PL dashboards Experience with demand forecasting software or spreadsheet modeling Comfortable working with data tools and operational reporting systems You Are An owner who takes responsibility for outcomes Analytical precise and data-driven Experienced in eCommerce operations and supply chain flows Organized and detail-obsessed A problem solver who seeks efficiency and scalability A clear communicator with strong execution discipline Motivated by speed impact and operational excellence You re Not Responsible For Managing a large team Setting company-level strategy Handling customer service or marketing operations This role focuses strictly on operations forecasting supply chain and process improvement You ll Thrive Here If You enjoy solving operational challenges You stay organized in fast-moving environments You use data to guide all decisions You take full ownership of your work You re proactive about spotting and fixing problems early You gain satisfaction from improving efficiency and profitability You want to help scale a fast-paced DTC brand Benefits What Makes This Team Special A culture built on caring deeply about customers and product quality Ownership and accountability at every level A problem-solving mindset focused on solutions not excuses People-first values and trust-driven relationships Why Join Play a key operational role in scaling one of the fastest-growing oral care brands Work closely with leadership on high-impact projects Move fast and learn quickly without corporate red tape Join a small motivated team that genuinely enjoys working together
