Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting property tours, and negotiating deals. Daily tasks will also include market analysis, preparing sales presentations, and ensuring client satisfaction through support and effective communication. Qualifications - Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to analyze market trends and data for strategic decision-making - Proficiency in preparing sales presentations and reports - Passion for real estate and property investment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field - Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
