Teamified works with top enterprises and digital native businesses in Australia helping them build their remote teams in India Philippines and Sri Lanka We pride ourselves with hiring great teams to work on exciting game changing technology Teamified currently has 200 engineers testers product managers etc working across 20 partners We focus on uplifting the way organisations build and manage their remote teams through great working relationships trust integrity culture and hiring processes Additional to this we are building our own technology product offerings We strive to deliver the best outcomes for our customers our partners and our people Our client is redefining stablecoin banking - think Revolut but on Web3 They are one of the fastest-growing startups in the space Our mobile app is bringing stablecoin banking into everyday life The Role As a Senior Platforms Security Engineer you ll oversee the configuration security and operational integrity of our platforms You ll play a pivotal role in defining security and operational processes responding to incidents and technically mentoring our Support team This position is central to deploying maintaining and optimizing our cloud infrastructure and DevOps toolchains our corporat What You ll Do Monitor platform performance security and compliance responding to alerts and proactively managing potential vulnerabilities Manage and optimize corporate services platforms such as identity and access management email systems collaboration tools remote access solutions and device management ensuring user friendly secure operations and alignment with business needs Act as the first point of escalation for platform-related issues addressing concerns around infrastructure DevOps processes and security Respond to security incidents taking appropriate steps to mitigate risks and conducting thorough post-incident analysis Mentor the Platforms Security Support role providing technical guidance and helping to build their operational skill set Develop and update technical documentation to ensure self-service capabilities for internal users Engage with internal dev feature teams and external vendors stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business needs and ensure smooth operations across development and deployment cycles What You Bring Strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure systems engineering service integration and automation tools Extensive experience in securing cloud environments and applications corporate services incident response and a proactive approach to vulnerability management Experience working in process driven environments with ability to identify and uplift gaps in ways of working Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot platform issues independently Ability to define document and implement security and operational processes that enhance platform reliability and security Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams contribute to technical documentation and play an advisory role in the platforms security spaces A mindset focused on scalability efficiency and creating seamless self-service-ready environments A willingness to mentor and guide team members fostering a culture of continuous learning Who You ll Work With You ll report to the Director of Platforms Security and collaborate closely with Platform Security Support development and feature squads and other internal customer support teams Additionally you ll engage with external vendors as needed to ensure the robustness and security of the platform infrastructure while mentoring the Platform Security Support team members to build their technical competencies and our team s operational capabilities Benefits Flexibility in work hours and location with a focus on managing energy rather than time Access to online learning platforms and a budget for professional development A collaborative no-silos environment encouraging learning and growth across teams A dynamic social culture with team lunches social events and opportunities for creative input If you possess the required skills and are eager to contribute to our team s success We encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity Apply now
