Job Description Job Description Job Title : Senior Systems Analyst The ideal candidate will have a flair for Systems Analysis and shall help the Chapter and Squad Leaders in translating a vision and designs into sustainable business solutions along with building strong domain knowledge for the team The Purpose of your role As a Lead Systems Analyst, you will focus on system analysis, working directly with both technical and business stakeholders to translate a vision and designs into sustainable business solutions. You will be responsible for the system design of complex software applications, ensuring they are built with quality, consistency to our standards, performance and responsive to the device accessing the application. The Value You Deliver This Lead Systems Analyst will be expected to be a part of the Digital Platform team in India and would be responsible for working on the Digital Platform application that are used by Fidelity's customers. The System Analyst will work closely with the product owners, architects, and developers to design, build, test, and deliver the features that make up Fidelity's Investment Data related experience. Behavioral attributes - Excellent people skills, along with exceptionally good verbal and written communications skills - Ability to work across business and system groups at all levels - Customer service orientation, demonstrated by ability to deliver quality effort in a highly demanding environment - Collaborate, as needed, with other service providers and vendors on product related issues - Ready to take up multiple tasks across projects - Creative, energetic, assertive hands-on professional who enjoys the challenge of change Responsibilities Of The Role Includes - Assuming point person responsibilities for product Knowledge. - Responsible for Systems Analysis of business requirements for medium/large-scale web development projects spanning multiple Fidelity systems groups. - Assist in ramping up team, identifying tasks, estimating, and planning work effort, tracking milestone completion, testing and all other project life cycle milestones. - The analyst will also make sure systems requirements map to test cases and test execution. - To work collaboratively with product owners, business stake holders and other teams towards successful and quality delivery. - Foster communication and support management to monitor manage and report project status. - Exercise good judgment while resolving issues and escalating risk to the next level of management.
