Job Description - Lead end-to-end execution of solar projects (Ground-mounted or utility-scale) - Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans - Coordinate site surveys, design reviews, procurement, and installation - Ensure Electrical work as per approved drawings & schedule. - Ensuring to complete HOTO activities within stipulated period - Supervising of SCADA work and Communication Protocol scheme, ensuring strong knowledge of Plant Earthing schemes. - Adherence to Organizational Safety Policy - Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover of systems - Ensure documentation and performance guarantees are in place - Adherence to the project schedule and ensuring the progress daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly till completion. - Completion of projects in line with engineering drawings and quality within project schedule commissioning date. - Ensuring Zero Rework and Zero accident at field level. Education & Experience - Education: Diploma in Engineering (3 years) / B. E / B.Tech - Experience: 10 - 15 years Preferred Industry: Solar
